Standard delivery to the United States is estimated at 5–11 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use it to view the latest shipping updates.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please check that your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible at support@oqelia.com. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect it.
