Processing Time

For Oqelia GoCup™ orders shipped from China to the United States via LuWei Ordinary US, processing usually takes 1–3 days, but can take longer. CJ currently estimates processing at 1–3 days for 90% of orders, 4–8 days for 5%, and more than 9 days for 5%. Estimated transit time is 5–11 days after dispatch and does not include processing time.

Processing times for other products may vary depending on supplier availability, product, and fulfillment location.

These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Supplier availability, customs, severe weather, or peak shipping periods may cause delays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer free shipping to the United States on Oqelia GoCup™, Oqelia BathClean™, and Oqelia DryCoat™.

Oqelia GoCup™, Oqelia BathClean™, and Oqelia DryCoat™ are dispatched from a fulfillment warehouse in China.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can use the tracking number to view the latest shipping updates.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

We process orders as quickly as possible, so there may be only a short period in which we can correct an address.

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately at support@oqelia.com.

After an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, contact us at support@oqelia.com so we can help investigate the shipment.
